i revisited this hotel this year. the location is central. it is close to all points of interest. the building has interesting antiques (i was particularly impressed with the frescoes). the rooftop bar offers lovely views. the breakfasts were nice.
the tv in the room seemed small relative to the other amenities. i noticed this.

the staff provided attentive service, responding quickly to requests. they were helpful with directions and information about local attractions. their professionalism added positively to my stay.

breakfast included a good variety of fresh pastries and fruit. the coffee machine made tasty cappuccinos. i also sampled the rooftop bar (it was a relaxing space).

great location major attractions clean rooms missing facilities high tv missing channels
The location was superb. It was near major attractions. the hotel rooms were clean. i particularly appreciated the wooden floor and the nice reading material.
my room lacked tea or coffee facilities. the tv was mounted high on the wall, opposite the bed. i was disappointed that there were no dedicated film channels available for a fee.

helpful service fine restaurant great location
i noticed the service was very helpful. a fine restaurant was on the roof. the hotel location is a plus for the historic center. i will certainly return here.
the bathroom felt slightly small. the shower had very little space to move. i felt the bed linens were not soft enough.

The valet car park provided an efficient service. The location was ideal.
My room's air conditioning was inefficient. Plus the noise from people near the lift was disruptive. A fan was provided, but I could not sleep with the fan noise and the air conditioning running.
